"Expose the catalan ceilings, restore the original floors, timber windows and doors". Here myself and my team fully renovated this old apartment. We removed the false ceilings and refreshed the beautiful ceiling arches and timber beams. The walls were mainly stripped of the old damp mortar and plaster to expose the brickwork which was then painted. On the other walls we built them back up to new. Two new bedrooms, a new bathroom, toilet and kitchen were fitted. New electrics, heating and plumbing throughout. The original doors and windows were stripped, straightened and painted to give the apartment a fresh but original feel.
